It is the customers' responsibility to return battery to our store for testing if we are required to pick up/retrieve the battery onsite there will be a callout fee associated with the mobile service which is payable regardless of whether the battery is claimed under warranty or not. Warranty Does not cover over/undercharging, damage to battery, or misuse of the battery. *No callout fee's between 08:30am-5:00pm 7-days a week. A callout fee is applicable between 5:00pm-08:00am. Arrival time subject to weather, current workload and traffic conditions.
