This helps us ensure we bring the correct battery for your vehicle.
2. Your Suburb Location
We need to know where you are to plan the quickest route and give you an accurate arrival time.
3. Your Availability
Let us know when you’re available and how urgently you need the battery replacement.
4. Payment Method
Specify if you are needing to pay via Afterpay, we do have eftpos machines onboard all vehicles and can process Afterpay on the terminal as long as you have the Afterpay card on your phone
What to Expect After Booking
Once your job is booked, here’s what you can expect:
1. Technician Notification
Our technician will send you an SMS when they are on their way.
Keep your phone nearby after booking and when the technician is on their way in case they need to call for further directions or encounter any difficulties.
2. Preparation
Have your car bonnet up and be ready at the car when the technician arrives.
Keep your car keys handy and be prepared to start the vehicle once the job is complete, which usually takes about 5-10 minutes (unless it’s a more complex vehicle like a Mercedes or Jeep where the battery is under the seat).
3. Payment
Have your card or payment method ready.
Our tech will email your tax receipt and provide you with an eftpos receipt.Please ensure you read your receipt and note the terms and conditions.
